Is My Location free to use?
Yes. Browsing the map, list, profiles, reviews and offers is free — you can even start as a guest, no account needed. An account (free) lets you save favourites and leave reviews.
Where does it work?
Across Latvia. You can search by your GPS location or pick any city or place manually.
Which languages are supported?
Latvian, English and Russian — the whole app and the categories.
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can search and view public content as a guest. Sign in to save favourites, write reviews, publish events or manage a business.
How do I list my business?
Register, create a profile with your services, prices, photos, hours and locations, then submit it for review. Once approved it appears in search and on the map.
What are regulated categories?
Categories like health, pharmacy, finance, insurance and legal require proof (a licence or registry entry) that an admin verifies before the profile can be published.
How do special offers and event publications differ?
Businesses with Pro privileges can publish special offers. Event publication is a separate paid service at €10 per day. Ticket prices are set by the organizer and are separate from the publication fee.
How can I find services near me without signing up?
Open the nearby search, allow GPS or choose a city manually, then filter by category, distance, rating, price or open-now status. Public search works as a guest.
Can I search another city without using GPS?
Yes. You can choose a city or place manually, which is useful when planning services, offers or events before you travel.
How does open now work?
Open-now status is based on provider working hours. Always check the profile for holiday changes, temporary exceptions or appointment-only notes.
Can I compare services by price and reviews?
Yes, when providers publish those details. Open profiles to compare services, prices, ratings, reviews, photos, contacts and working hours.
How do local offers work?
Offers are tied to a provider and should show location, validity dates, price details when available and any usage conditions.
How do event listings work?
Event listings should include exact date and time, venue, city, organizer, price and current status so people can plan reliably.
How can a business publish an event?
Publish events from your business portal. Publication costs €10 per day; companies with Pro can have up to 5 active Pro events at once.
How does My Location check business profiles?
Profiles are submitted for moderation before publication. Regulated categories can require proof such as a licence or registry entry.
What can a business profile include?
A profile can include category, locations, services, prices, photos, working hours, contacts, languages, reviews, offers and events.
Which plan should a small business start with?
Free is enough to create a visible profile with one location. Pro adds up to five locations, special offers, profile highlighting and priority ranking.
How many locations are included?
Free includes 1 business location and Pro includes 5. With Pro, each additional location costs €10 per month. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed subscription payment starts a 3-day grace period. If it is not fixed, paid features pause until payment is restored.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion; it's handled per our privacy policy, with deletion or anonymisation of your data as required.
